NeuralLimits Project Recovery and Review Services
|
When a project is fails to meet the expectations of an organisation and key stakeholders, it is sometimes advisable to engage an uninvolved party to assist with the process of getting the project back on track and completed. Project recovery and Project review are processes during which project is brought back into alignment with its goals with a minimum impact on the project budget and schedule. Projects fail for several reasons, including poorly defined and understood requirements, unrealistic schedules, inappropriate staffing, excessive change during development, poor quality work and office politics. To address budget and schedule overruns, it's important to enter the project recovery/review processes as soon as possible. |

NeuralLimits Our approach to project recovery/review
When engaged to help recover a project our task is to:
- Take control on the architecture, design and development on the project
- Execute code-reviews if required
- Re-establish the goals and expectations of the project and re-align the project plan
- Identify issues, bottlenecks and constraints
- Re-engineer if required, implement, monitor and review
We do not under any circumstances become involved in office-politics. Nor are we interested in personal egos and agendas. If commissioned to execute a project recovery/review, we are interested in re-aligning the project to succeed in the fastest, most efficient manner.
